Pretty good bag. My shihtzu has 3.2kg and 4 months old, so it's a little big for her, but since she will grow up, we will be able to use it for a long time i believe. Quality good, well packaged, but quite expensive.

seeing as I am yet to actually receive the item, I can't rate it. I can, however, rate the customer service...bloody shocking!
When I first purchased the item, I immediately noticed the postcode on the mailing address was wrong. I msgd the seller advising so they correct it before sending yet it was still sent using the incorrect postcode. and that's where the games begin! i got an 'unable to deliver' msg from evri, which I immediately knew was due to the postcode. contacted them only to be told it had to be updated by the sender. msg no.2 to seller...basically telling me to do one and contact Ali express
spoke with someone at all express, who gave me an email address for the seller. ive emailed the seller over a week ago and have heard nothing. will definitely not be buying anything from here again!
