I bought it for a hamster, I hope he likes it. the shipment was packed in thin foil envelopes as usual, but nothing was damaged

I have not received the goods.

The tracking details indicate that the package was delivered to my mailbox. However, my mailbox is too small to fit such a large parcel, and since it is embedded in the wall, it is also not possible for the package to have been placed on top of it.

I have already contacted DHL, and they advised me to reach out to Aliexpress. But AliExpress rejected my request without even providing any explanation!

According to Sections 446, 447, and 475 of the German Civil Code (BGB), if a package is not personally received by the recipient but is only delivered to the mailbox and subsequently lost, the sender is usually responsible.

They could at least give me a explanation, but they did not.
